OUR PASTOR

Elder Anthony Franklin Sr.  is the  appointed pastor of the Christ Centered Conference Church, Inc., in a episcopal structure, which formerly operated under the name of “The All Saints Holiness Church of the Apostolic Faith, Inc.”, headquartered in Pensacola, Florida.

God granted Elder Franklin  a great measure of faith early in his life.  He witnessed the true working power of God through prayer at 8 years of age when he was instantly divinely healed and relieved of great pain he suffered during a time of sickness.

Pastor Franklin has a passion for prayer; he states prayer (corporate prayer) saved his life.  He demonstrates his empathy and care for people by ministering on the streets with ministry teams and other organizations nearly every weekend. He cares for the children of God.

Our pastor's vision is see as many as will, have a life that's pleasing to the Lord, and that they have real joy, unspeakable joy.  Most of all, he desires as he has received of the Lord, that all be saved from the punitive promises in the book of Revelations.

Pastor Franklin and the Christ Centered Church fellowships  across denominational boundaries. Romans 12:5 KJV says, "So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another."

OUR CHURCH

All Saints was founded in 1940s by the late Bishop E. L. Locke, Jr.  The founder built over 30 churches and established the All Saints organization with a number of member churches.

The physical location of the Christ Centered Conference Church was the Head Quarters of the All Saints Church organization. While All Saints existed in more places, current leadership have personal knowledge of the following locations:  Panama City, Florida; Walnut Hill Florida; Lower Peach Tree, Alabama; Atmore, Alabama; Foley, Alabama; and a small structure in Seminole, Alabama.  The church had ties in Texas and Georgia; however, only those which were personally visited by the present leadership are listed.

While under the All Saints church, many clergy and laymen were called, trained, ordained and licensed.  Some of the living original leaders throughout the organization, as of 2017, include Bishop C. P. Andrews of Alabama, and Bishop Phillips of Florida, Overseer W. M. Smith of Florida, Elder J. Kidd of Alabama.  As a testament to the building of leaders by the founder, these men and women of God have built ministries and have positively affected the lives of countless people. The list is by no means exhausted.

Under Construction.
